Saints Row 2 Hitman Mission Anoop

This technique I am sharing with you is also my way of getting full ammo and awesome guns like the AR-40 Automatic Rifle the 5 Star Swat Guys use.
You need a max star cop rating after you for Anoop to come out.
Step 1: Head over to your local Forgive and Forget.
Where Anoop Will Appear
Step 2: Once you get to Forgive and Forget Park Outside and start murdering cops until you get to 5 stars. Shoot any Ultor employee, cop, armored truck. I got this baby the last time I was 5 star. Its non stop machine gun destroys everything. Also don’t forget to collect the ammo and guns once you kill the cops. Remember to NOT shoot any other gang members because they will just add to the fray and you will just die.
At Forgive And Forget
Step 3: Be Patient and keep murdering the police and Anoop will show up. Make a bee line for him when he does and kill him. You will know by the little grey bullseye on the map.
Kill Everything
Step 4: Once Anoop is dead head for Forgive and Forget fast before the cops overwhelm and kill you. Don’t forget to gather weapons and ammo for future missions. Also grab the bear its awesome and great for heavy duty missions. Store it in your garage.

so i have a problem with killing anoop the little asshole…
sorry but im really pissed off because i just dont get it…
im waiting for almost 15 minutes now and this shithead just does not appear..
how long did it take you to kill him ???
and slowly it gets really hard to stand the police…

hey i cant get this fucking prick to come out once like 15mins i played i got 3* and he came but got away to fucking fast for me to get him and then i saved and quit then came to this url and went on about a 1/2hr after i saved and quit and even if i play at that for an hour he wont come the fuck out

I used ur technique to kill Anoop. But all of a sudden, Frank from the Prison District and Anoop came in the same car! I kicked them both!! Awkard!

wat i did was killed cops till he showed up and then got rid of the stars by the forgive and forget then grabbed him and capped him in his lil face

I was going to steal a car, and i was trying to steal money of the other people in the car, and i were followed by anoob in a cop car.

I did everything you said, the first time i tried for half an hour, and died.. the second time i tried another half hour, and then i gave up and run trough the forgive and forget.. then i drove to the liquer shop to buy booze to kill alvan, i robbed the liquer store, and the police came after me and i got 3*.. and guess who’s in the police car.. FINALLY ANOOP SHOWED UP!!

i done the hostage diversion on a car with 3 people inside and anoop was in a cop car chasing me

Well i did the thing posted above, and only killed Lt. Freeball.
After that, i went to the On Track Nightclub walked to the dancefloor, stopped moving and then he appeared.
I hope this helps for people who cant get to kill the guy.
