Saints Row 2 Hitman Mission Justin Cemetery
by Ethan Caine - October 27th, 2008. Filed under: Video Games.This one is pretty easy. Its really close to the prison as well and has a dock so you can easily get from the prison to the cemetery and backagain.
Step 1: Go to the cemetery

Step 2: Walk around until Justin shows up. I had to get out of my car and walk around before his grey target appeared.

For you to see the hitman list, you dont need to go to prison. just go to the pause menu, them go to INFO, Activities, and then it will appear Hitman and Chop Chop where you be able to see the lists.

On mine, when I killed him it was like, “It’s A Trap, that was just a decoy, now go kill the real target!” then I go up to him the guy gets up out of nowhere and Stun Guns me and runs. I was dying laughing.

I think that to find him you must have no police notoriety, but i really dont know, when i had a little bit of police notoriety he wouldnt appear and secs after the notoriety went away he appeared

Yeah honestly this game is super glitchy so there are a number of ways things appear or annoyingly don’t..

I got to the cemetery at like 1:30PM and
played sat there waiting

For those who hadn’t managed to read it properly, he will only appear at the cemetary anytime between 4pm – 10pm. So you have 6 in-game hours to find him.
When I found him, I was at 2 star notoriety whilst also in the process of killing police, he was kind enough to join in and kill one too
Hopefully this might clear up the concern about police affecting the chance for him to spawn.
