Step 2: Create Supply Depots with the rest of your money
Step 3: Send warthog out to gather supplies
Step 4: Build marines from the elephant while supply depots are coming up
Step 5: Maintain balance of Marines always being trained and Supply depots always being built at the same time.
Step 6: Once supply depots are all built charge towards the base
Step 7: Target center building and shoot enemies as they come out
Step 8: Lock Elephant infront of base and keep pumping out marines and flame guys
Optional
Step 9: You should have a bunch of money by now – recycled a supply depot and create reactor to get the MAC cannon up and ready JUST in case.

-This is a must since if you don’t have your health you don’t have anything. Also I’m coming up to the big 3 0 so I need to get this health thing sorted before its too late. So basically I will be cutting out meat and eating mainly vegan diet.

He has a really good system for breaking patterns that you no longer want to partake in.

Such as if you like to flash cheerleaders shaking your doodle at them. Basically he talks about three things:

1. Stimulus – What causes you to do said activity
2. Thought – The thought that leads up to said activity which usually happens after stimulus
3. Result – You actually doing said activity

While most direct a small amount of energy at ONE of these areas it is necessary to direct energy at all THREE of these areas if you want to make lasting change.

THEREFORE in keeping with the cheerleader example lets identify:

Stimulus – which could be whenever you hear that song from Space Jam and Bring It On you get all worked up and….

Thought – Gotta take all my clothes off, put on my trench coat and hat, get in my car, and drive to where the cheer leaders are…

Result – Arrived and as the cheerleaders are walking off the field for practice you shake your doodle at them twirling it “right round baby right round” go HERE right now! It will only take a second and is really relevant to this…oh and turn up your speakers)

OK so now that I’ve proved you people are a bunch of homos lets break this pattern according to Steve.

Stimulus – Space Jam song – you can eliminate it from your environment by taking it off your ipod and computer. Throw the Space Jam and Bring It On soundtracks out.

Thought – NOW if you hear it on the radio which we can’t control unless you are like me and don’t listen to the radio cause only losers waste their thought time with pointless music and advertising they don’t really care about…you can do things like immediately scream NO NOT TODAY in your head and punch yourself in the balls.

Now this serves 2 purposes 1 – I want to see if you will actually punch yourself and 2 – its a VERY effective pattern interrupt. By interrupting the pattern you start to re enforce your new pattern of now twirling your doodle for cheerleaders.

Result – Sometimes breaking the pattern of the first 2 just doesn’t work. So we need to interrupt the behavior. In this case you could take a picture of yourself and see how ridiculous you really look. You can again punch yourself in the balls and feel the pain. Of course everyone is different so you have to figure out what works for you.

Long story short work on all three of these areas and you will soon get rid of patterns you don’t want.

Also went to school cause Chuck needed books. Forgot how hot University girls are. They make the ho’s walking around in the rest of the city look like…well used up hos.

Of course I also remember why I hate that school with all its bureaucracy and parking that just seems to get worse, I think I might just burn it down one day…so lazy.

I’ll just hire some indians to go vandalize it at 3 am. Give them some Big Bear and Colt 45 beer and and a crow bar and you have yourself an instant mob.

But then I would have to talk to indians…I shouldn’t have to have this many responsibilities.

It is a worthy goal however…anyway its 3am and I have to work at 9am so I should probably go to bed.
